4 min readThe Governance, Risk and Compliance function within Global cybersecurity is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Lead to oversee and improve our operations. This role is pivotal to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes, managing our costs, facilitating resource requests, responding to input requests from various stakeholders and COO functions as well as helping to drive strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a strategic mindset, exemplary Excel skills for financially modelling and a proven track record in managing business operations.

What you will be responsible for
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage operations budget, ensuring cost effective allocation of resources
- Utilize Excel skills to model financial forecasts to support strategic decision making.
- Monitor and Control operational costs. Identifying opportunities for productivity gains
- Work with the Office of the CISO to manage financial forecasts and validate current cost scenarios
Resource Management
- Manage the resource process across GCS on behalf of the GRC function
- Coordinate with the GRC leads to forecast and fulfil resource needs
Project Management
- Manage and oversee projects, ensuring that they are completed on time
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
Stakeholder Communications
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance.
- Strategic initiatives and any operational project status
- Maintain strong relationship with the GRC functional leads to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
- COO Functions Support
- React promptly to requests for input from various COO functions Provide comprehensive support to the COO team in operational matters

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, operations Management or related field.
10+ years’ experience in business operations, with a proven track record of success Strong leadership and team management skills . Excellent planning and analytical abilities . Proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies . Strong financial acumen and budget management experience. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Additional requirements Travel up to 10% may be required.

Salary Range:
$140,000 – $222,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
