JLL has been appointed as the property and facility management partner by Bali International Hospital (BIH), an international standard hospital that is part of PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC. This collaboration supports the operations of BIH, which is located in the Sanur Health Special Economic Zone in Bali. The strategic facility was officially inaugurated by President Prabowo Subianto on June 25, 2025.
As part of the commitment to providing world-class healthcare services, JLL deploys a team of experts from JLL Global Healthcare Practice. This team is tasked with ensuring that all aspects of building operations, including key infrastructure and facility systems, are managed professionally in accordance with international standards. JLL’s scope of responsibility covers daily property operations management, building systems and equipment maintenance, and environmental impact monitoring.
