1912 Hotels has taken over the operational management of Hotel Raphael in Vienna, strengthening the company’s presence in the DACH region and adding another strategically located city asset to its growing European portfolio. As part of the takeover, 1912 Hotels is currently reviewing the future positioning and potential repositioning of the property to ensure it is aligned with international operating standards and the long-term market dynamics of Vienna.

Located at Wallgasse 23 in Vienna’s 6th district, directly opposite the Raimund Theater and within close reach of Westbahnhof and the Mariahilfer Straße shopping area, Hotel Raphael benefits from strong connectivity and a diverse guest mix that includes both leisure and business travellers.
