The organisational restructuring aims to create even greater synergy between teams and to enhance bbspa’s strategic presence across three key locations: France, Italy and the United Kingdom.

This configuration allows bbspa Group to operate closer to its target markets, in the countries where it intends to grow. The new model will also enable the company to strengthen its collaborations with key international clients.

The board, as described below, coordinates all of bbspa Group’s activities through the specific and complementary skills of each member:
