A notable addition is the TownePlace Suites in Las Cruces, New Mexico, along with several other flagship hotels, that were added from La Posada Group LLC and Decatur Properties Holdings. Peachtree’s Latest Hotel Additions

Peachtree Group’s latest additions include a mixture of new brands and new locations. This gives Peachtree Group with a greater national presence. Five of the new locations are owned by La Posada Group LLC. These include:

  • Fairfield Inn Las Cruces, NM
  • SpringHill Suites Lawrence Downtown, KS

  • TownePlace Suites Las Cruces, NM

In addition, Peachtree assumed management of the Hampton Inn Monahans, TX, which is owned by Decatur Properties Holdings. This is a noticeable addition, as the Group Peachtree is witnessing dynamic growth in the management of its third party hotels.
